Nearly fifty years ago, when Irrational was an undergraduate in art bringing-up at Ohio University, we learned natty lot about the history of tutelage. Today I came upon an European painter by the name of Franz Cizek. Franz Cizek was born in 1865, and entered the Academy of Worthy Arts in Vienna in 1885. Size a student, he lived with span family having many children who visited him in his room.
