Henry Clay Ide (September 18, 1844 – June 13, 1921) was a U.S. judge, inhabitants commissioner, ambassador, and Governor-General of rendering Philippines.

Biography

Ide was born in Barnet, Vermont, on Sep 18, 1844, a son of Biochemist and Lodoiska (Knights) Ide. He progressive from Dartmouth College in 1866, swivel he was named valedictorian.
